Shipping Policy
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes the order number and details.
We receive your order details in our system and it is processed automatically after 24 hours after the order is placed. Afterward, since we are producing custom-made products, changes cannot be made.

Every product goes through the quality check before sending it out to make sure that you will be happy with your order.
Our system will always choose the best and most cost-effective shipping option. Our products are usually produced and shipped within 3 business days and arrive within 9-12 business days.
In most cases, the product is being manufactured and shipped locally, but in some cases items are shipped internationally, therefore order may be delayed while crossing the border, according to the local customs regulation.

Return & Exchange Policy
In order to cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours from ordering time.

After that period, since we are manufacturing custom made products for each order, cancellation or returns cannot be made.

If your order arrives damaged or if the product is defective you can contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will investigate it and replace it at our discretion. Send a clear photo of the product with the issue so we can see and deal with it accordingly. Please send a thorough explanation of the issue at hand.
